Fernando Torres at his prime was one of the greatest strikers ever. Once upon a time, he came third in Fifa's World Player of the Year race only behind Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. During his Anfield days, Torres enjoyed a spectacular relationship with Steven Gerrard with Gerrard assisting many of Torres' goals. However, things changed in 2011 when on transfer deadline day, Torres decided to take the leap and move to Chelsea for a British transfer record fee of 50 million pounds. The move didn't go well for Torres, the goal return dropped sharply, Liverpool fans turned their back on him and later on so did the Chelsea fans. In 2014, Torres was at Anfield when Liverpool, courtesy of Steven Gerrard's slip, lost the Premier League title to Manchester City and he opens up about it in his recent interview.
