Gerod Roth, an employee from an Atlanta-based marketing firm, has been fired after his racially-charged Facebook post about a colleague's 3-year-old son went vigorously.He posted a selfie with the African-American child on September 16. The little kid was being called as 'slave'  and 'starving', with Roth joining in the discussion by calling the boy 'Feral'. Scroll down for more!
