Baraka Rusambo is a 6-year-old boy getting treated in the US after being hacked by his father. His father sold his hand for $5,000  to some witch doctors so that they can practice witch crafting. Baraka is an albinism and in his city, Tanzania, the limbs of albino are sold at high prices. In June, he was given a prosthetic hand at a Philadelphia clinic and now also have a guardian who takes care of him and his things. Baraka's father has a gang that has total 17 members who do this, including his brother. Now he has also started studying at a school in America and wants to be a doctor. 

This little boy has the most beautiful smile that instantly lights up his whole face. Luckily, he went into the right hands at the right time, many more are not so lucky. See this little man smiling!
