Artist Ramon Bruin hailing from Netherlands produces stunning optical illusions using an airbrush. He has loved drawing and painting all his life. He graduated at the Airbrush Academie in Lelystad in 2010. He started his artwork with airbrushing motorcycle tanks, guitars etc. Besides that, he is also a painter. He uses mostly acrylic on bug canvasses and he is selling his art worldwide.
About three years ago, He invented his own style in drawing, which he call Optical Illusionism. It's a combination of drawing and photography. The purpose is to create drawings which come to life when photographed from the right angle. Some drawing interact with the environment. Ramon's latest style goes a bit further; These are drawing, which are drawn on several sheets of paper or appear to be drawn on several sheets of paper. He calls them 'Multi Layered Illusions'. The most important purpose of his art is to fool the human mind.
