A woman named Toni, who was wearing an expensive wedding ring with a £20,000 diamond studded on it, is dead and the reason is yet to be revealed.
Her husband Harold Henthorn is accused of killing his doctor wife, when the couple hiked in the Rocky mountains on their 12th wedding anniversary in September 2012. Henthon is the only eye witness of Toni's death and he says that she accidentally fell down 50 feet while taking a photograph. But, reports shows that the woman was probably pushed to death off the cliff by her husband. Let's see what comes out of the investigation or if there's any twist in this death case.
On this above statement of the accused husband, ranger Paul arson said that Toni's hands were not badly injured in the fall and it doesn't seem like she wore a ring. He found it an odd detail given by victim's husband.
The coroner also said he found it strange that Harold brought up his wife's vanished diamond during an interview, noting its exact worth but saying "the missing stone did not matter at all at this point."
