Gay marriages are seen as a taboo in many parts of the world. Recently, USA legalised gay marriage very recently in June of 2015. Many countries in the world have seen enough protests by the LGBT supporters, but they are still far from legalising it.
People think that the gay marriage is a modern day term, but it has roots back in the history. Being a gay is not exactly a choice for everyone, they are actually wired from the very beginning.
They are that way from the day of their birth, so they should not be blamed for anything over which nobody has any control. It's natural as anything.
Chema and Jonathan finally married each other in Jerez de la Frontera on September 5.
They chose their traditional police uniform for the D day and went on to create history.
Chema also told the media that it'll be great to see people getting inspired with what he and his husband did. He adds that many of their police mates are gay too!
