Some people need the inspiration to get up and burn some fat, some others themselves become the inspiration. And here is the inspiring story of one such guy named James who went from being over 661 lbs to half of it in a weight loss show! When his show aired on TV, James said to a crowd that included his family and friends, "I'm glad I'm able to share this story with the world, 'cause I remember how lost I felt when I was over 700 pounds. And just knowing that maybe somebody out there is going to have some form of inspiration from what I was able to accomplish."
His turning point came when he saw a man on TV lose his weight from over 700 pounds to become a normal and fit guy.
He had training sessions at 2 am in the morning so that people won't look at him and laugh when he fell flat on his face while working out.
James' weight was not only a challenge to James himself, but also to his trainer Powell who was working with the most obese person in his entire career as a trainer.
All the rigorous training sessions, the motivation lessons and 2 am practice had paid off, finally.
With a loss of 257 lbs in the first 270 days, James weighed only 338 lbs by the end of the year. His story is an inspiration to many.
