Can you imagine that our ancestors used to care about the Mummies just like living beings? Mummies used to lead an exuberant life and were not devoid of any kind of luxury. Such practices and rituals were performed in the hope that someday these Mummies will get alive. There are some facts that are very weird about these Mummies.
Mummy was received at Paris and was given royal treatment like a king.
According to DNA tests, it was found out that male and female mummified bodies are made from the remnants of six dead people.
They used to eliminate their body fat in exhaustive manner and drink a toxic tea which made it impossible to decompose their bodies. They used to spend their last days in a tomb and ultimately die there.
It was guessed that the organ was kept in a vertical position while mummifying the body. The question still remains "why?"
People reckoned the reason behind his sudden death was providing the resources for digging Tutankhamun pyramid. It was assumed that the Lord was cursed by the spirit of pharaoh.
House of Ingham burnt down in a few days because a bracelet around the wrist of the mummy's hand has cursed him. It was inscribed on the bracelet that "Cursed be he who moves my body. To him shall come fire, water and pestilence."
Archaeologists find this ground very fishy and are still researching about it.
Mummies are found to be in good condition because of the dry climate and soil which aided in natural mummification of the bodies.
They used to drink antibiotic beers since childhood so that their mummies remain healthy and well preserved.
