There will be obstacles. There will be doubters. There will be mistakes. But with hard work, there are no limits.
It all began in 2011, when Ritam Bhatnagar came up with the idea of Indian Film Project (IFP) as a platform to encourage local filmmakers and set the filmmaking competition with the theme "Small things in life" in Ahmedabad city. Jury member Sanjay Gadhvi and 600 participants turned the event into a huge success. Since then, the competition never looked back and went on to become Asia's Largest Filmmaking Contest. Last year, more than 14,600 participants from 11 countries competed in the amazing filmmaking competition.
Well-known Bollywood filmmakers like Shyam Benegal, Shoojit Sircar, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Nikhil Advani, Hansal Mehta and Umesh Shukla have been the proud jury of previous years' events.
