Virginia Native Jeremiah Heaton reached Bir Tawil to make his daughter Princess .This story highlights that for parents only child's wishes are supreme.Well done, King Jeremiah Heaton.
Jeremiah Heaton and his daughter,Emily were playing one day and Emily asked him , "Dad , will I ever be a real princess ? " and Jeremiah as any dad would respond , said that "she will be a princess one day". Jeremiah knew that he can't make an empty promise to his daughter, so he sat down and searched on google for unclaimed land in the world and his search took him to Bir Tawil , a 795 sq. mile area which is claimed by no government.
Bir Tawil is a land lying between Sudan and Egypt, which is unclaimed because of the dispute between Sudan and Egypt. It's neighbouring Halaib traingle is fertile and both countries claim that peace as theirs ,so if anyone claims Bir Tawil as their land , they would have to lose Halaib Traingle.
Heaton was supported by Egyptian govt and he traveled for 14 hours and planted home made flag and named the place as "Kingdom of North Sudan".
He presented this kingdom to his daughter , Princess Emily. He showed the world that parents can go to any extent for fulfilling the wishes of their younger ones . Heaton has to go through legal process and receive recognition from Sudan,Egypt and the United Nations. Heaton want to turn this land into agricultural production center and his only wish which he conveyed through facebook is everyone should call his daughter as princess Emily. We hope Princess Emily and King Heaton have more cherished memories
