Just look outside the window. Chances are you might feel dizzy while scrolling through your phone as well. So, avoid it.

Fresh air is important. Make sure that the air conditioning of the car is fine. Some people feel uneasy because of car odour as well, so carry a car freshener. Roll down the window whenever you feel like you need some air.
