According to Times Now, the 11th class juvenile alleged that the investigating officials forced him to confess the crime. CBI officials have not commented on the issue after the boy said he was tortured.

The boy whose murder reason was taking rounds of social media backed up his statement and said that he was supposedly beaten up by the investigators.

Earlier the father of the accused said to the media that his son is innocent and is tortured by the investigating officials. "My son is being tortured, he was hung upside down and brutally thrashed. He is completely innocent," said the father.

On Monday 13th November, CBI officer and CPWO (Child Protection & Welfare Officer) Renu Saini visited the juvenile center and spoke to the 11th class accused. He then told that the CBI opinion and the reason for his arrest were completely unusual. He claimed that he did not murder Pradyuman but was forced to admit the crime.

But soon it was proved the Ashok Kumar is not guilty. About the allegations by the father of the accused, CBI officials later denied all the allegations.
