But it seems Soman hasn't aged all this while. At 51, he continues to defy age with his impeccable fitness & timeless physique.
Having bagged the coveted titles of 'Iron-man' & 'Ultraman' by winning the marathon endurance events divided into swimming, cycling and running, Soman has proved that he is an ageless wonder. The model-turned-actor-turned-athlete, who believes fitness is a way of life to him, embarrasses a few who are half his age with his fitness and at the same time, inspires many others to emulate him.

Milind was born in Glasgow, Scotland. His father was a nuclear scientist and his mother was a Professor.
When Milind was a kid, his family decided to move back to Mumbai, and that is when our country got its greatest supermodel.
He completed his education from Dr. Antonio Da Silva High School and Jr. College of Commerce and M. H. Saboo Siddik Polytechnic in Mumbai and soon entered the world of modelling in the year 1988. And then there was no looking back for Milind.
Soman shot to fame after he got featured in Alisha Chinai's music video, 'Made in India' in the year 1995. He left the audience talking about his killer looks.
Soon after receiving great appreciation in the world of modelling, Milind decided to step into the world of acting and made his debut in a lead role in the Indian science fiction TV Series Captain Vyom.
Milind made his Bollywood debut in the year 2000. He worked in films like 16 December, Pachaikili Muthucharam, Paiyaa, Agni Varsha and Rules: Pyaar Ka Superhit Formula et al. He even participated in the reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi (season 3) and went on to grab the fourth position in the finale.
He's always been an achiever. He became a Limca Record holder on May 20, 2012, for running 1,500 km in 30 days for Greenathon by NDTV. He ran for disseminating environmental awareness. This isn't it friends!
To promote good health and breast cancer awareness amongst women, the country's largest 'women's only' running event Pinkathon was set up under MIlind's guidance in the year 2012.
In the year 2015, he took up the 'Ironman challenge' and accomplished it in 15 hours and 19 minutes, in just one go. The triathlon included a 3.8-km swim, a 180.2-km cycle ride and 42.2-km run which Soman completed within the given time of 17 hours. He received the title of Ironman for his remarkable performance.
Very few people know that Soman represented India in swimming in the inaugural South Asian Games in 1984 held in Kathmandu and won a silver medal.
