Draupadi's marriage is a very talked about incident from Mahabharata. It is believed that all five Pandavas participated in her Swayamvar. According to the clause of the Swayamvar, the one who perfectly aimed at the eye of fish (hung of the roof) by looking its image in the water below would marry her. Arjuna being a great archer came out as the true winner.

After winning, Arjuna with his brothers went to Mata Kunti and before he narrated the entire incident to her. This is when Kunti told Arjuna to share whatever he had got with his brothers, and that's how Draupadi became the wife of Pandavas.

We all know it is impossible to handle one marriage, but Draupadi technically had to handle five. There were a lot of conditions and clauses that were made by her to coordinate and live happily with all of them. The major condition was to leave the footwear aka Padukas outside Draupadi's chamber so that only one husband visits her at a time. 

See what happened next and created a havoc.

When one of the Pandavas visited Draupadi, he left his footwear outside her chambers, but a dog playfully took them and ran towards the jungle. Then another Pandava visited Draupadi, and he thought that she doesn't have any company as of now. He further entered the chambers and found the couple in an inappropriate state. 

That was the time when Draupadi cursed the entire dog breeds.

Draupadi got extremely embarrassed after finding it that her husband had seen her with another husband, she tried to enquire and found that a dog took the padukas. She got furious and cursed the dog breeds that the entire world will see them mate and make fun of them.
