King Khan of Bollywood married Gauri Chibber in a traditional way. The ceremony was held on October 25, 1991, after six years of courtship. Though he hadn't attained stardom then, he spent Rs 1 crore for his wedding, according to Wikipedia.
In 2010, Vivek Oberoi married Priyanka, the daughter of Indian politician Jeevraj Alva. It is said that the flowers for the mandap, which was also adorned with about 2,500 Swarovski crystals, were imported from Italy and other countries. It was one of the classic weddings of Bollywood. News reports say, the cost of the wedding was more than Rs 1 crore.
