Williams Grove was established in 1850 as a picnic spot but later on it was developed into a beautiful water park. A 65-foot high coaster with the speed of 45 mph was the center of attraction in the park. The park was closed formally in 2005.

Local businessman Bob Byers constructed the park and named after his wife.

During its active years, the park had the slogan - ''The Fun Spot of The Desert''. A large number of local people and tourists used to go there for recreation.

The park saw a big downturn in the popularity after 1980. Since 2004, the park has been closed.
