I believe it won't be an exaggeration if I say that along with 'Khans' even he is ruling the world of Indian Cinema. Be it comic or a serious role. Be it filled with romance or with a grey shade. He has pulled off each and every role impeccably and needless to say, this dark horse has simply made us fall for him forever now. Any guesses, who I am talking about? Yes, he is none other than Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
Known for his versatile acting skills, Siddiqui has nailed it in all the roles he had stepped into. With every passing film, Nawazuddin's fan base has witnessed a great hike. But seems like this loyal fan base of Siddiqui is sad about whatever happened recently with their favourite star. Yes, you heard that right. After Kangana Ranaut, Nawazuddin opened up about the ugly side of Bollywood.
Bollywood, which is considered as the world of glitz and glamour, also holds an ugly side within. Watch the space to know what exactly Nawazuddin encountered:
Nawazuddin's journey to stardom is surely an inspiring one for all the aspiring actors out there. But this journey which was a rocky path, also made Nawazuddin come across the bad side of Bollywood.
And as they say one never forgets the bad memories of life, Nawazuddin still remembers the bitter experiences on his way to success.
Expressing the pain last evening, Raees fame Nawaz took to his Twitter handle and wrote: "Thank U 4 making me realise dat I cannot b paired along wid d fair & handsome bcz I m dark & not good looking, but I never focus on that."
Starting with roles which were even less than brief ones, Nawaz has come a long way to make it to the top in Bollywood. And it really is very sad to know that even such brilliant actors, had to face racial discrimination.
Where Nawazuddin's tweet has left us shocked, at the same time, this revelation from his end has left us baffled too.
Because of this confession of Nawazuddin, about the racism in the Hindi film industry, reminded us of his very own claim, which he made in front of the media last year. While talking to the media last year, the actor said, "I think there is no racism in this film industry. They are only in need of talent though it takes time, if you are talented you will get your due. I am thankful to be part of this industry."
So what made Nawazuddin express this candid opinion? We guess only Nawaz can throw the light on it!
