In 1992, Wayne Adams and Catherine King decided to move out of mainstream society. No, I'm not kidding. They really did. And what they did was they began to build an island home, about half an hour away from the coast of Tofino, British Columbia. What they have achieved by today is a large spread of twelve platforms covered by living spaces, greenhouses, lush gardens and plenty of docks. Have a look!
