It is assisted with some biological hormones which will either help you bond with your partner more or gradually makes you realize that he/she is not the one for you.

Lets confront the reality, not everyone dies everyday but everyday there is someone who dies. Dying is the result of cells losing out its capacity to reproduce. Eventually our body is capable of only living 70 years or so.

Let's admit that we all fart and we should not be embarrass about it. Farting happens whenever we eat or drink. There are these microbes which comes and attacks the food we have, they break it down and release the by product which is a stinky gas. Well this stinky gas is hydrogen sulphide gas which we release and call it a fart.

Blushing is when the veins in the face dilate making our cheeks go red. This explanation is not as interesting as blushing. We usually blush when we meet someone important or we receive a compliment and its like that one activity which comes with a 'feel good' factor.

Every human being spends 1/3rd of their life in sleep. While many of us fail to realize its importance, it is yet one of those activity without which we cannot really do. Sleep helps in increasing mental capability and relaxes our mind and allows you to take a break.
