It turns out that the E-commerce major was using a business model connecting sellers and buyers through an e-platform that was unauthorized usurped by the firm and its officials. 

Gaurav Dua who has founded portals like marketdelhi.com and indianretail.net claimed that the company runs over a model that is his and that the Snapdeal officials cheated him under the garb of raising funds for his business.

One of the Snapdeal spokespeople said that the allegations made in the revision petition filed by Gaurav Dua are absolutely baseless and devoid of any merit. 

He added that a previous complaint filed by Gaurav Dua in this regard was dismissed by the court and was found to be baseless.
