"Separated by 7,000 miles, and connected by love..."

The Navy corpsman, Wesley has been deployed overseas since November, but still, this dad-to-be soldier has found his way to participate in his wife Nicole Bedwell's photo shoot.

Now, this couple may be living thousands of miles away, but this couldn't become a barrier for their maternity photo shoot.

Let's have a look!

The deployed soldier, Wesley had his picture taken in such a way that it could be joined with his wife's photograph.

"It was just something we talked about," said Bedwell. "I just wanted him in the picture because he wasn't able to be here during the whole pregnancy, so she dropped him in."

Nicole says she cried several times just by looking at this picture.

"When we saw the photograph, I cried, both of our families cried," says Nicole.

Mom-to-be, Nicole Bedwell's parents, were moved after watching this picture.

"It's been emotional for me to have my husband gone my whole pregnancy, so the fact that Traci was able to include him in my maternity session was very emotional. We will never be having our first child again. He's my family, so having him included touched my heart. It made me happy," concludes Bedwell.

She's hopeful that Wesley would visit her.

Now, Wesley might not have been there during the photo shoot, but he will be there 'hopefully' at the time of the birth.
