A sea turtle suffered a terrible injury after a fishing wire was embedded in its neck. It had affected its breathing and it had lost a lot of blood by then. Due to the wire, it couldn't even retract its head back inside the shell.
When the marine officials found the turtle, it was in pretty bad shape. They tried doing the best they could to help the turtle.

It had the fishing wire wrapped around its neck and the turtle wasn't able to breathe properly.
Because of the restricting wire, the turtle wasn't able to retract its head back inside the shell. Luckily, the officials were able to successfully remove the wire.
The turtle was treated with some medications and topical creams for the wound.
Once the turtle started responding to the medications, its condition improved.
The turtle improved and it was left back in the sea.
The officials worked extremely hard to save the turtle and it was happily let back in the sea.
