Many people think that animals lack emotions and feelings. But the instances that I've shared in the story will show that animals do feel things that humans do, or I must say better than them. Friendship, love, the pain of losing someone, dedication or infinite devotion, they experience everything at least once in their lifetime.
I've compiled some of the most amazing moments when animals showed their best feelings. Have a look!
Jenny, a baby elephant, and Shirley, 20-year-old elephant were taken to the circus, and a few years later their ways got separated. 25 years later when they met in the Elephant shelter, the shelter workers were carried away by seeing the depth of emotion.
They said, "There was an immediate urgency in Jenny's behavior, she was trying to reach Shirley's stall with her trunk and was very worried. Then Shirley started to roar with all her might. We have never experienced anything even close to this depth of emotion."
Suriya, the Orangutan, lost his parents at a very young age. He lost all hope to live, he stopped eating and didn't respond. Then a dog was brought to the shelter, and he became his best friend at once. Since then, they've been inseparable.
The whale pushed the woman, Yang Yun, to the surface with its nose during a diving competition when her legs got stiffed.
Tommy used to visit the church with its owner but after she passed away, he started visiting the church alone. Our pets are just the part of our world, but we're the world for them.
Lawrence Anthony had saved elephants from death when poachers wanted to shoot them. When he died, these elephants gathered in a group and walked to his house.
