Darryl Bell was left stunned when he found his long lost brother, last seen 40 YEARS AGO, entering his local pub, Toby Carvery.
The 69-year-old hadn't seen his sibling Maitland, 71, since the latter moved to Canada for work in the seventies.
However, Darryl's daughter Louise organized an emotional reunion after she pursued an opportunity to reconnect them.
Where Darryl said, "I knew absolutely nothing about it, it was a total surprise. It's the best day I have had since I got married, absolutely marvellous."
It was a call on Heart for families to reach out to people asking who had loved ones with whom they had lost touch. Subsequently, Louise Bell from Macclesfield got selected upon hearing her heart-wrenching story about her dad and uncle.

When Maitland moved to Canada to follow job opportunities, over the years, he simply lost touch with his brother Darryl.
"It broke my heart to see how excited he was for his monthly calls to his brother, when picking up the phone and calling someone without a thought is just taken for granted."
So Louise arranged a lunch for the family where Maitland made a skype call.
Post which, he felt a tap on his shoulder.
Maitland, haf flown to the city over a couple of days ago.
Darryl said and added, "When Maitland came in and tapped me on the shoulder I had the shock of my life. I was overwhelmed, and he was almost in tears."
