Charlie, a tiny baby lamb, just two days old was put up for adoption online. The baby lamb was put up for adoption by a farmer who did not want to try to save the dying lamb himself.

The lamb's mother had died, and the farmer did not have any interest in keeping the sick lamb for himself.

Farmers do not like sanctuaries as they are exposed to the dark side of the industry. But Charlie needed an immediate surgery, and so Carla took her home. 

Charlie then met Dora, the kitten who helped her get up and stay strong after the surgery.
