Have you ever felt embarrassment over your old photos, when you accidentally bump into them? Or do you keep looking into the mirror and then comparing your looks with the old photo you just encountered, and feel bewildered at the kind of drastic transformation you have been through? Either can be the case when you bump into old memories or photos! But, there is no denying that revisiting old captures is amusing and quite enjoyable as well!
Here's bringing you the photos taken over a span of thirty years, by a group of five friends. They got clicked in the same pose every five years. This tradition is taken up by them as an epitome of their friendship. These are the captures from Copco Lake, California where these five friends - John Wardlaw, Mark Rumer, Dallas Burney, John Molony and John Dickson relive their memories every five years.

They get captured at the same place, at the same bench, and in nearly the same pose!
This 'Five Year Photo' project is undertaken by these guys to gauge the transformations that these chaps undergo over the years.
They want to see who goes bald, who gains or loses or regains weight and who undergoes significant personality changes.
They plan to get clicked in future as well and have no intention of abandoning this tradition.
In fact, they want someone to click a photo of the empty bench after they pass on.
Ohhh! This is such a refreshing idea! And isn't it amazing that these men have taken time out of their 'so-called busy' lives, to get clicked every five years?
#FriendshipGoals set for us! You guys are an inspo for us all! Looking forward to more of your clicks over the coming years!
