Place uncooked shrimp in lemon juice for some time. Make a puree using lemon juice and green chili, then add the shrimp to set aside for 30 minutes. Separately, slice cucumbers and onions then add the shrimp. Put on medium heat for cooking properly. Sprinkle salt and pepper then mix before serving.

Bash unsalted peanuts and keep aside. Boil sugar using a little bit of water to get thick syrup. Then shred the papaya after peeling and soak in cold water. Cut beans and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. On a sheet of greaseproof paper arrange some breadcrumbs. Then on another greaseproof paper put parmesan.

Add little water in a bowl then beat egg white, dip the sliced chicken breast in parmesan, egg white, and then in the breadcrumb.

Heat the oil and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Then bake for about 10 minutes after sprinkling mozzarella.

Mix oil, sliced onions, vinegar, bay leaf, mustard paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, red pepper, salt, and black pepper properly. Then add the sliced chicken and marinate overnight or a few hours.

Take the chicken and keep the marinade. Sauté the chicken in a frying pan in hot oil. When it is brown, add the onions from the marinade then add the remaining mixture. Put chopped carrot and cabbages. Let it cook on reduced heat. Serve after sprinkling chopped coriander.

Add a little vinegar to the mixture and mix well. Boil water, cool it, and then gradually add in the mixture till it is consistent. Put the fried eggplants and garnish with pomegranate seeds. This dish is served cold.

Place sliced potato wedges in cold water. Separately, mix baking soda, pepper, salt, and flour. Add egg and milk then stir to get a consistent mixture that is smooth. Heat oil and fry the potatoes properly. Then dip fish fillet slices in the mixture and fry in the oil until crisp. Serve the fried fish and potato with mayonnaise after draining the excess oil in paper towel.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.  Mix salt and sugar in water then add corn flour. Make sure to mix well and get a consistent batter like a pancake. Knead and make a proper dough that is firm.

Then make small balls and then flatten it properly. Bake in the oven using a greased utensil. Cook till they are golden brown and set aside.

Add boiled shredded chicken in a pan and mix it well with chopped coriander and onions. Add salt and pepper and cook properly. Place one arepa (the baked dish) and lightly apply butter. Now put the filling and finish by putting another arepa.
