This Abandoned Playground From Russia Hides So Many Chilling Secrets From World War

Amidst lush green vegetation on the hills of an island called Shikotan lies a secret.

Shikotan is a small 225 km island with a population of 2100 people and belongs to Russia. But, time and again Japan claims and calls it their land.

This isolated island was once an army base camp. Rusty fighter tanks, ruins of buildings and secluded poles adorn the place. The locals of the place do fishing for a living. It is impossible to them to get a vehicle and pull these tanks out of the place, so these Soviet tanks have been stuck here for many years now.

Nature accepts us over time. It's high time that we start to accept the nature the way it is and stop making changes that can prove lethal for both of us. Feel free to share it with your friends. Via EngishRussia
