Cut pastry sheet into circle and place on baking tray. Put a layer of onion mix, then put cooked eggplant and potatoes. Brush with olive oil. Bake until pastry is puffed and golden.

Half fill the lolly molds with passion fruit juice. Refrigerate until solid, then add the guava juice. Keep I freeze until solid then serve. This is an easy but much lovable dish for kids.

Preheat the oven to 135 degrees. Spray oil on a baking tray and place the thinly sliced beetroot. Wash with oil and season with salt and pepper. Then bake for about 2 hours till they are crispy. Allow to cool and serve with mayonnaise.

Unroll pastry and sprinkle some flour, then layer up with pasta sauce. Arrange the ham by leaving some space for the border and then load up with goat cheese.
