No wonder, the people sitting around me at the restaurant started giving me weird looks but more than being embarrassed I decided to scout out the dishes that have white sauce as their base. After all, when you can take a plunge in the world of tasty food, life already becomes better.

Béchamel sauce popularly known as white sauce contains butter, milk, and flour as the key ingredients. In the ancient times, this sauce was used to disguise the flavor of different dishes. Then the white sauce was prepared in France to stop the excess milk from going bad due to the lack of storage facilities. However, as the days passed people started realizing the true taste of this supporting dish, hence it entered the world of the limelight. Presently, it is used as a delicacy that ensures the dishes are amazingly tasty.
Making this sauce is one of the easiest among all and no doubt it is extremely tasty. The first step is melting the appropriate amount of butter in a pan, then add flour and keep stirring. After 2 minutes, gradually add milk. As you mix, keep on stirring then after some time, let the milk boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, add salt and pepper. Here is the white deliciousness for you.

Fry the fish properly until it turns brown, then cook on low heat for some time and keep aside. Put the white sauce in the pan and let it simmer, then add the fish and cook for 2 minutes. Place on a plate and serve after garnishing with chopped coriander.
