It required a day-long planning, stopping at various places to ask and a lot of reverse gears whenever we were heading to an unfamiliar place until Google Maps were launched.
Not only it gives you a bird-eye view but it also assists you to know the better path that should be chosen according to the traffic. But if there are times when we thank the Google Maps, there are reasons too why we hate it because there still are a few things where the app has failed to comply with our expectations.

For now, it seems like Google depends upon the typical traffic patterns as the basis of alerts instead of any actual location data.
