Four years back, there was a disaster in Japan which took place at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power station. Due to which 21,000 residents quickly evacuated from the nearby areas. They are still not allowed to return there.

This irradiated town called Namie has become a ghost town. The Google Street View Team was allowed to visit the elementary school in the town and surrounding places. These pictures of the school campus are heartbreaking. The school hallways, toys, books, bags are still waiting for children to come back.
