You need to leave the house, but don't want to actually to talk to anyone? Maybe you suffer from social anxiety or are having a bad day, or maybe you just didn't have time to brush your hair!
Well, now there's a solution. Introducing, the 'Leave me alone' sweater. Created by Ruth Grace, you can wear the sweater in three different ways: cowl neck, off-the-shoulder, and 'leave me alone'. You can choose exactly how much social interaction you can handle!
According to Ruth, the sweater is "more of a statement than a functional piece of clothing" and the good news is you don't even have to be a sewing genius if you want to make yourself one.
All you need is:
1. A sweater that fits you (to use for sizing)
2. Two yards of fabric. Ruth used a thick warm knit
3. A zipper. Ruth used a 22-inch zipper and cut it down to 14 inches. Use a longer zipper if you want your sweater to be able to go more off the shoulder.

If you're in the mood to talk you can wear it like a regular sweater.
And it'll keep you nice and warm too!
You don't have to be amazing at sewing - it's very easy to make.
And with just a few things to buy it's cheap too.
Perfect for when you want to hide away from the world.
