  • 500 grams cream cheese

  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 26 divided mints
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

How to make

  • Cover the pan with cooking spray and then cover with parchment paper
  • Ground the thin mints in crusts then add butter and salt
  • Refrigerate the mixture
  • Separately beat cream cheese and make it fluffy
  • Add sugar and gradually add the cream
  • Beat properly and then add the refrigerated mint mixture
  • Crush the other mint mixtures and mix in the crème cheese
  • Spread the mixture in the pan and decorate with crushed mint leaves
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce before serving

How to make

  • Mix the cracker crumbs with butter and sugar
  • Add peanut butter on the mixture and blend properly
  • Press in bottom of a pan
  • Melt dark chocolate
  • Mix with peanut butter and milk
  • Make sure the mixture is smooth
  • Spread over the layer of cracker mixture in the pan
  • Again melt dark chocolate and stir until smooth
  • Pour as the third layer
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours

  • 2 cup cold milk
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 500 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 34-40 ladyfingers (long cookies, salted)
  • 3 cup brewed coffee
  • Cocoa powder

How to make

  • Fill the pan with cooking spray
  • Whisk pudding mix and milk properly
  • In another bowl mix heavy cream and then fold in the pudding mixture
  • Then fold the sugar and mascarpone
  • Cut the ladyfingers according to the height of your pan
  • Whisk coffee and rum, separately
  • Dip ladyfinger separately and then form the ring around the pan
  • Form a layer at the bottom of the pan
  • Pour the pie filling of the ladyfinger layer
  • Then again put coffee dipped ladyfingers
  • Fill with remaining pie filling
  • Refrigerate for more than 6 hours
  • Unmold the pan
  • Put cocoa powder and serve

Things needed

  • 300 grams frozen poundcake
  • 1⅓ cup whole milk
  • 180 grams semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 14 chocolate-covered coffee beans
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

How to make

  • Cut the poundcake in brick shape and remove the crust
  • Place the pieces side by side on a wax paper
  • Roll the slices using a rolling pin and cover with another wax paper
  • Separately whisk the yolks and set aside
  • Whisk sugar and cornstarch in another bowl
  • Boil the milk and keep whisking
  • Put the sugar mixture in milk
  • Then pour it into the yolk
  • Keep on mixing it till it thickens
  • Remove from heat then add coffee and mix properly
  • Put the chocolate chips and stir until the chips melts
  • Set aside half of the mixture after covering and refrigerate
  • Remove the wax paper from rolled cake and put the custard evenly
  • Then put a wax paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Let the mixtures cool and in the meantime beat the cream until there is forming of stuff peaks
  • Fold in chocolate custard that was previously set aside
  • Refrigerate
  • Take the cake and layer it up with the mixture
  • Roll it and refrigerate
  • Take a tray or service plate and put the cake after removing the wax paper
  • Cut into pieces
  • Put chocolate covered coffee bean on top of each before serving

  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Strawberries
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 50 grams White chocolate
  • Lemon Rind
  • 180 grams softened Cream Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

How to make

  • Wash and dry the strawberries
  • Cut the top and hollow the center
  • Place chocolate in a dish and some of the cocoa powder then melt properly
  • Slice the bottom of each strawberry carefully so that they can stand
  • Dip the bottom in the chocolate mix and then the cracker mixture
  • Place on parchment paper
  • Separately beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon rind and heavy cream until smooth
  • Place in a decorative bag and fill the strawberry
  • Sprinkle crackers
  • Chill for few minutes and serve

  • Beat the cream properly
  • Then add sugar and beat until smooth
  • Fold two cups of crushed Oreos
  • Spread thin layer of the crushed Oreo whipped cream
  • Then put the whole Oreos
  • Then layer up with the chocolate pudding
  • Repeat the layers and end with the whipped cream
  • Generously drizzle the chocolate sauce
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 6 hours
