Step 1: You'll have to double knot the feet part of the tights.
And then, make a double loop out of it.
After having a double loop, step into it and position it around your knees.
Now, after taking the position, this is how you need to workout.
For this, keep your knees behind the toes and chest raised with the hands held together in front of your chest. And then, step forward into a sumo squat.
