Mash grilled brinjal with salt and oil, after removing the skin. Roast green bell pepper and mix with garlic puree. Put mashed brinjal into the mixture and whisk until smooth. Mix in the food processor along with caviar. Put salt, basil, pepper, vinegar, and oil in the mixture then whisk. Serve with chips and enjoy!

Knead dough with flour and water. Make a mixture of bell peppers, onions, olive, cheese, corn, salt, and seasoning. Make chapatis out of the dough and spread pizza sauce. Then layer up with cheese and put the mixture. Close by putting another chapati above it. Fry till both sides are well done. Serve with oregano and chili flakes.

Make idli and roast it till brown. Then, prepare a mixture with chat masala, pineapple jam, and roasted curry leaves. Cut the idlis and put the jam mixture, then garnish with curry leaves.

Peel and deseed the tomatoes for making a smooth puree. Strain well then add salt. Now, spice it up by adding thyme, pepper, and tabasco. In a pot boil Jasmine tea. Once the tea is done, then add the tomato soup. Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!

Sauté onion till pink and add ginger-garlic paste. Separately cook green chilies and tomatoes, then add garam masala and turmeric powder. Mix chopped sausages and cook well. Separate the sausages and keep aside.

The next part comes when you boil the rice and set aside. Then, add the masala mixture to the boiled rice. Let the masala cover it and then add water. Cook the rice, then add the sausages. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.

8. Paneer Lasagna

Cut thin slices of paneer and set aside by sprinkling salt and chili powder. Roast raisin, cashew nuts, and pistachios. Fry green chili, potato, and ginger. Add coriander powder to the potato and mix well. Then add the chopped nuts and set aside.

In another pan, saute kadhai masala with garlic. Then, add onion and tomato, do not forget to mix well. Put water and stir to cook. Then add carrots, capsicums, zucchinis, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Cook well for 10 minutes and set aside.

Spread the cooked vegetables in a baking dish, then top with paneer. Layer up with cheese. Then spread the cooked potato. Repeat the process of layering then top with cheese and kadhai masala. Bake for about 15 minutes and serve after sprinkling pepper.

9. Lavender Kheer

Boil milk in a pan, then add rice and sugar. Keep stirring until the milk is reduced by half and the rice is cooked properly. When the kheer is done, let it cool. Then add whipped cream, fresh fruits, and essence of lavender. Before serving garnish with a lavender flower.
