Mash grilled brinjal with salt and oil, after removing the skin. Roast green bell pepper and mix with garlic puree. Put mashed brinjal into the mixture and whisk until smooth. Mix in the food processor along with caviar. Put salt, basil, pepper, vinegar, and oil in the mixture then whisk. Serve with chips and enjoy!
Sauté onion, then add turmeric, black pepper, clove, cinnamon, garlic, and ginger to cook. After some time, add ground meat and some water. Cover and cook properly before transferring the mixture in a square shaped pastry dough. Bake and serve with sauce.

Spread the cooked vegetables in a baking dish, then top with paneer. Layer up with cheese. Then spread the cooked potato. Repeat the process of layering then top with cheese and kadhai masala. Bake for about 15 minutes and serve after sprinkling pepper.
Boil milk in a pan, then add rice and sugar. Keep stirring until the milk is reduced by half and the rice is cooked properly. When the kheer is done, let it cool. Then add whipped cream, fresh fruits, and essence of lavender. Before serving garnish with a lavender flower.
