Christmas is a time for merry little traditions of a family. It's a time when people are free of work and other bounds that separate us from our family. All the friends and family gather together this day to have a meal together, share stories and exchange gifts.
For young kids it's all about Santa Claus, whether they are on the good list or bad list, and if they are getting the presents they asked for or not. For parents, it's about pretending to be Santa and bringing joy and gifts to their kids.
Almost everyone sends postcards and greeting to their loved ones on Christmas with their photos. But Bergeron family does it a little differently. Look at their postcard pictures from 2003-2014 and laugh out loud!
Look at them representing the party style of the 1930s. It's their style of being nostalgic yet funny at the same time.
In their second year of funny Christmas photo, they brought out what looks like a fake pregnancy belly to confuse their family and friends maybe? The incredible thing here is that Mike looks incredibly like Billy Ray Cyrus, doesn't he?
Looking at this image, the viewers commented on how similar they looked to the then SNL characters, which was affirmed by Mike that it was in fact what they were trying to achieve with this image.
Every picture they took followed a theme. This picture, though, Mike looks to have donned the look of a dopey, freckled, and incredibly ginger teenager. While Laura looks to have embraced her studious and geeky teenager side.
That year they "recreated" the famous 1930 American Gothic painting by Grant Wood. Don't they look a bit creepy with that expression, ordering you to smile?
Look at them making a pun out of their costumes! Don't they look adorable with the balding caps though? This Hindu cultural costume really agrees with them.
'09 was the year of saying "Feliz Navidad" instead of "Merry Christmas" courtesy of Phoebe from Friends. What really stands out though is their gang leader like looks which laura was unsure about but it looks like they handled it very well!
The star of this picture obviously is their new-born baby. But with their awkward expressions and kooky costumes, they aren't too far behind.
Look at the cute message they gave on the greeting card! You can't, right? It's obviously because of the caterpillars they sported on their head. Their baby still took the cake in this picture...
They all look like such disco divas from the 80s with all the glitters and sparkles they adorn. Their posing and expression are on point too.
That year's theme was.... cross-dressing if it wasn't obvious from the picture. The kids are turning out to be quite the posers as well.
We don't know where they are now. But what we do know is that they are definitely doing something creative and funny with their time!
