The time spent with our grandparents becomes the most memorable time of our lives. Those childhood stays at their home, granny's special dishes and those mouthful feedings are just unforgettable. Our grandparents showered us with unconditional love and care. The stories they told us were just beyond words, no matter if they made those from their imaginations or if those stories really did exist, they were truly mesmerizing.
Even, we also have our own favorite stories to tell about them to our friends. From being the eldest and most respected members of the family to being childish, the moment they teamed up with us, they were the real treasures of our life. Some of us are lucky to have them still around while a lot of people have sadly lost them with time. As their presence makes a lot of difference, the memories they have left us with is one sure reason for us to smile and live in a good spirit.
Here are some of the reasons that just make it too obvious to love our grannies and grandpas.

As a kid, we used to wait for the long and lazy summer vacations where we could visit our gran's house (yes, that's the term used by everyone). It felt no less than a mansion or a castle of love and pampering.
Is there anything tastier than maa ke haath ka khana in this whole wide world? Yes, there is! And it's dadi or nani ke haath ka khana. Different delicacies prepared by them used to take us on an eating spree and it tasted simply the best.
