First and foremost, discontinue the use of microwave ovens with immediate effect. 

Instead of heating your food in microwave ovens, plan ahead and take out the frozen food to let it thaw naturally or in a warm water bowl. 

You may use a toaster or a conventional oven as better alternatives. 

Switch to healthy eating and consume more of salads or raw foods which will by default help you get rid  of microwave dependency. 

Invest in a good product that will provide a protection against electromagnetic radiations.
