  • 3 loaves bread without crust

  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 3 chopped onions finely
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ green peppers finely chopped
  • Shredded chicken
  • 4 mashed garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Tomato paste

Ingredients for mixture

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Flour
  • Egg

How to prepare

Dough preparation

  • Soak the whole bread in water for 15 minutes
  • Squeeze till almost dry
  • Keep on adding the chopped bread
  • Add paprika
  • Mix well until the dough is formed
  • Freeze for 3 hours

Filling preparation

  • Fry garlic, onion, and pepper in oil
  • Add tomato paste, bay leaves, salt, and sugar then stir well
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes
  • Then add chicken
  • Uncover and cook
  • Keep in fridge for 2 hours

Mixture for dip

  • Beat the eggs with milk
  • Add black pepper and salt

Final Prep

  • Take a part of dough
  • Press and put the filling

3. Cuban Ham & Cheese Sandwich

  • Bread slices or bread loaf
  • ½ cup shredded chicken/meat/tofu, boiled and shredded
  • 3 slices chicken ham

How to prepare

  • Spread mayonnaise on one of the bread slices

  • Whisk baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Then set aside
  • Beat sugar with butter until fluffy
  • Mix egg in the fluffy mixture and beat until smooth
  • In the flour mixture, add lime juice and rum
  • Then add the wet mixture and mix properly
  • Make round shape and refrigerate overnight
