How to make

  • 250 gm yogurt

How to make

  • Marinate the fish fillet with ginger-garlic paste and salt for 10 minutes
  • Put chopped ginger and garlic
  • Mix flour and cornflour along with eggs. Then add lemon juice to the mixture
  • Add the other spices and make a smooth paste
  • Coat the fish pieces with the mixture
  • Put the pieces in fridge for 10 minutes
  • Shallow fry in butter
  • Making the sauce
  • Boil dry dates in hot water
  • Make the liquid thick and then make a fine paste
  • Add pinch of salt and serve with fish

  • Roast for 1 hour 30 minutes and set for 40 minutes
  • Pull out the lemon from the chicken and let the juices drip
  • Squeeze the lemon that you took out from chicken
  • Pour in the stock and stir until thick
  • Before serving splash soy sauce
