A stimulant nap is a power nap combined with a caffeinated drink such as tea or coffee. The stimulant alone or the nap alone are not as beneficent as both of them together. A stimulant nap or 'napuccino' has the power to make you more alert and improve your cognitive functioning. A power nap of 15 to 20 minutes, preceded by consumption of caffeine combats drowsiness.
