This myth of caps causing hair loss stemmed from the stories of those entering the army, as most of them are bald. Usually, military men have the habit of wearing caps, but this does not mean that caps are the reason for their hair loss.
Many people believe that when you remove or replace a cap very often, some delicate hair that are already thin could be aggravated and pulled out.
