McDonald's double cheeseburger i.e. McDouble has been described as "The cheapest, most nutritious and bountiful food that has ever existed in human history." But we never thought so, right?
Same is the case with a few other eatables, which are actually not that bad to our health but we have been blaming them for being high in calories and the reason for our various health problems.
Here, I have a list of those food items for which we don't have to be very precautionary from next time we consume or order them.

A milkshake is not just milk and fruits, but it is skimmed milk and plenty of sugar. Generally, it is thought as a high-calorie item. But actually, a milkshake is highly nutritious.
Semi-skilled milk is a good source of calcium and high in vitamin B12 which is an important part of the diet.
Also, bananas and other fresh fruits with low quantity of sugar make a healthy treat.
Yes, we have always thought eggs to be high in cholesterol, which might lead to a heart problem.
