Few days ago, her car terribly bashed with the patrol vehicle.
According to Bryan police department, Miranda was clicking nude selfies for her boyfriend when she met deadly accident.
Police officials found an open bottle of wine in the car. On questioning about it, Rader said that she had been drinking earlier at a friend's house.
Bryan Police Officer John Sartell wrote in the report, "When I recovered the bottle, approximately 1/4 of the bottle contained a liquid that had the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Rader initially stated that she split the opened bottle of wine with her friend. I asked how much she drank and she stated that she drank a little over 1/4 of the bottle."
John Sartell explained, "I heard the sound of a vehicle braking hard and heard what sounded like a vehicle collision. Then I turned and saw that Rader's SUV had hit the back of his police cruiser, which had its emergency lights activated at the time."
Sartell further stated, "I walked up to the SUV and saw the white female driver with an unclasped brassiere. She was trying to put a black blouse on. When I asked her why she was not dressed while driving, she stated that she was taking a Snapchat photo to send to her boyfriend while she was at the red light."
Rader failed in both the tests of 'walk and turn test' and 'one leg stand.'
Rader was arrested on the grounds of driving under the influence of alcohol.
She paid the bail amount of $2,000 and might need to appear in court sometime soon.
