After father Donald Trump kindled a traditional Indian lamp at a Republican Hindu Coalition event, daughter Ivanka has decided to celebrate the Diwali festival at a Hindu Temple in Virginia.
Well, doesn't Trump's moves seem like attempts to Woo Indian Americans with Hindutva focus?

..is preparing to celebrate the festival of lights at Hindu Temple this week.
Ivanka Trump will attend the Diwali celebration at Rajdhani Temple at Chantilly on the outskirts, with the Indian-American society which has openly supported the Democratic party in the US elections.
The Rajdhani Temple that was inaugurated in 2000 is the ancestral temple of Virginia which has encountered the fastest growth of Indian-Americans in the past decade.
This is the first time when a family member of one of the two top Republican presidential candidates is visiting a Hindu temple.
Rajesh Gooty, an Indian-American community leader in Virginia, said the Diwali festivities would give a chance for Ms. Trump to familiarize with the Indian culture.
Rajesh added that Ivanka's presence would go a long way in breaking the stereotype that shows that the campaign 'represents only angry white voters.'
Ivanka will also hold a 30-minuted interaction with 50 Indian entrepreneurs in the Washington metropolitan area.
Trump attended the charity event organized by Republican Hindu Council to raise funds for Kashmiri Pandits and Hindu victims of terrorism of Bangladesh.
