Two girls from New Jersey Lizzy Wurst, 18 and Sabrina Stewart, 22 took up the world's hottest pepper challenge. Carolina Reaper is the hottest chili in the world at 2.2 million Scoville units - 300 times hotter than Tabasco sauce. The outcome of this hot pepper challenge is unexpected.

They tried to consume an entire Carolina Reaper pepper.

Carolina Reaper pepper measures 2.2 million units on the Scoville heat scale and is 300 times hotter than Tabasco sauce.
Sabrina ended up pouring a complete water bottle on herself for relief.
It can result in excess perspiration, vomiting, stomach cramps and extreme burning sensation from tongue to stomach.
While Lizzy began to cough, Sabrina was unable to breathe and had an asthma attack.
Lizzy explained, "It felt like a fire burst in my mouth. I burned the roof of my mouth so that felt extremely weird and painful. On a scale from 1/10 it's 1,000,000! It was so hard to handle! It was one of the worst feelings I have ever experienced."
She had trouble in breathing and needed extra oxygen immediately.
Lizzy suffered from chest burn and redness on face. She stated, "This was the worst idea ever. The burn will not go away."
Lizzy continued, "I would never recommend anyone to try this because it could be worse for them. I could've really gotten hurt and I'm thankful I didn't. This is too extreme for anyone to try."
