Ever imagined being a part of a reality TV show that pays you for your big entrepreneurial idea? Sounds unrealistic, right?
Well, to your surprise this is happening and it's downright real!
The Vault Show is what I am talking about and here's all you need to know about it.
For those who don't know what I'm really talking about, The Vault is basically an investment platform cum TV reality show. It's the first of its kind on Indian television. A show that gives you an opportunity to pitch your ideas in front of a panel of investors where you could get funded on the spot if they like your business plans!
Isn't this like a dream come true?
The panel on the show includes the top-notch investors of the country like Mohit Goel (Promoter and CEO of Omaxe LTD), Rahul Singh (Owner of The Beer Cafe), Vivek Bhargava (CEO of Iprospect India, Dentsu Aegis Network), Ameera Shah (Promoter, MD and CEO of Metropolis Health Care) and Sudeep Bandyopadhya (The group chairman of Inditrade (JRG)).
The whole idea is to encourage the youth of our country to take a step forward and unleash their dreams to embark their entrepreneurial journey. So whether you're a start-up, a household business, an established venture or an aspiring entrepreneur, this is the absolute place for you to be.
The only funda this show works on is that if you have the right idea, the investors will hand you over the key to success right away while the nation watches you in your moment of glory.
Out of four pitches, two have made their way through to raise more than 1 crore on the spot.
One is a healthcare start-up called "Medmonks" and another one is a marketplace for designer boxers called the "Boxershorts" that have cumulatively won 1.25 crore in the first inaugural episode of the show!
The Vault will help the entrepreneurial culture in our country to nurture in the best way possible by educating each and everyone about all the Do's and Don'ts of businesses.
Jatin Goel, the creator of The Vault show, said the programme has been conceptualised as more than just another avenue of investment for aspiring entrepreneurs and is meant to be a platform that will develop a robust start-up ecosystem.
