Companies and businesses become great because of the great employees, and it is the first most duty of the company to take care of their employees, especially when it comes to taking care of senior executives.
Adani Power Limited, as it claims, is one of the India's largest power producing company, and more than 2,000 employees work in it. Gautam Adani is the chairperson of the enterprise, and Dipakrashmi Tripathi was a vice-president who committed suicide lately.
But, they've failed drastically to save their most senior and experienced top level employee from committing suicide.
Dipakrashmi Tripathi found dead in a hotel room of Jaipur.
Dipakrashmi Tripathi arrived in Jaipur from Ahmedabad, Gujarat for some work related meeting. He was staying in this hotel.
Police called the medical team quickly, and he was brought to this hospital for a checkup, but doctors declared him brought dead.
In his suicide letter, Dipakrashmi Tripathi wrote that he is fed up of his life, and has no interest in living it further. He also added, "I am ending my life in my consciousness and no one to be held responsible for this. It is solely my decision."
Police said, we've found a suicide note, but it is not sufficient enough to close this case. We will investigate further to make sure that no other person or reason is involved directly or indirectly with his death.
