The single most important beauty habit you can cultivate for your lifestyle is this. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body will thank you. Drink it up right after waking up and after you pee before sleeping, 8 glasses at least during the course of the day.

There is no way a person can look glowing and refreshing naturally in the morning unless they have had a good 7-8hours of sleep every day. Skipping on sleep is the biggest mistake one can make while cultivating a healthy beauty and health ritual.

It may seem like it does not relate, but meditation has the biggest impact on one's state of composure and reactions which reflect on our appearance. Slowly and steadily set a timer where you simply sit still and close your eyes. It is a sublime spiritual experience where I connect with myself on a deeper level. Beauty is indeed soul deep.

Even on cloudy, rainy days, if there is one product that you should invest on without thinking and be non-negotiable about it, it has to be SUNSCREEN. Nuf said.

Fill your meals with COLOR. The more color, the more you are showing LOVE to your body which will reflect on your state of wellness and you will surely GLOW with health inside out.

For about 20 minutes each week, Give yourself some permission to enjoy a bath full of bubbles, Epsom salt and lavender essential oil to ward off those aching muscles and unwanted stress. It is a wonderful treatment for your body and mind.

Somedays you don't want to put on anything on your face, you want to be a careless free spirit and I reckon you to find those days where you feel friggin awesome and sexy without a dollop of mascara or foundation..coz you are beautiful without any of that, infact, even more if I may add.
